1.	Phaser 840/850 Printers: Verify the printer configuration and if the duplex option is available

3.	Phaser 840/850/860 Printers: Move the media switch to the Paper position when printing on paper from the upper media tray

4.	Phaser 840 Printer: Upgrading the printer / adding the Plus upgrade
